Gramas Kitchen is a start-up company that began during the COVID pandemic lock down. The Founder, is a Woman Entrepreneur and a passionate cook. She created her own dry masala mixes during those days, particularly the Garam Masala (which is an integral part of Indian cuisine) was something she was longing to make, as homemade style garam masala is not easily available. After noticing a positive response from family and friends, she began selling to her neighborhood, and eventually developed the mix into a brand “Gramas” . The word “Gramas” is conceived from a combination of village and grandma.
