Recipe for kadai paneer
Fry 3 chopped onions, 2 tomatoes, 5/6 cashew nuts, few garlic pods and a small piece of ginger. Grind to a paste. Cut 1 onion & 1 small capsicum into cubical pieces and fry till golden brown and Keep aside.
In a Kadai / Wok add of 5/6 tbsp of oil & the paste and fry till the oil separates, add turmeric, chili powder and 2 tbsp Gramas kadai paneer masala , Now add the paneer along with 2 small cups of water, close and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes till you get the rite consistency, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and the fried onion & capsicum, Your yummy homemade kadai paneer masala is ready.
